We email your brief form within 1 business day of payment. The first draft arrives within the business days shown on each deliverable, counted from the day your complete brief comes back: from 3 business days for the Quick Marketing Review to 10 for the 90-Day Marketing Plan.
Most deliverables include revision rounds, listed on each page. You can also cancel within 7 days of paying for a full refund, for any reason, and at any time before we start if you have not sent your brief yet. See the Refund Policy.
No. We write the plan, copy or audit with care, but sales, sign-ups and rankings depend on your product, market, budget and execution. Anyone promising a specific number without knowing those is guessing. Read our Results Disclaimer.
No. We deliver strategy and copy in writing, and your team or freelancers put it to work. Audits that need account access only ask for viewer access, and you can remove it as soon as the work is delivered.
