Delivery Policy

Every Order is delivered online. Documents are sent by email as PDF attachments or download links, and editable copies are shared as Google Docs or Google Sheets with the email address you choose. Where a deliverable includes a recorded video, you receive a private link. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Communication happens by email from hello@limestategy.com. Calls are not part of any deliverable.

1. Stripe emails you a receipt straight away.
2. Within 1 business day we email you a confirmation with a link to our Terms and the brief form, with a list of anything we need from you.
3. When we receive your complete brief, we confirm the date of your first draft.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Brasília time (UTC-3).

The time to the first draft for each deliverable is shown below, counted in business days from the day we receive your complete brief:

In a bundle, we deliver the deliverables one after another, in the order listed, and start each one when you approve the previous one or 5 business days after we send it, whichever comes first. Each revised version is sent within 3 business days of receiving your comments. If we cannot meet a date, we tell you before it passes. The consequences of a late delivery are set out in our Refund Policy.

• A revision round is one consolidated list of comments, sent in a single message. Comments sent in several messages for the same version count as one round when we receive them before we start working on it.
• Revisions refine the work within the original brief. A request that replaces the brief, such as a different product, audience or market, is new work.
• The Quick Marketing Review does not include revision rounds. Instead, you can send follow-up questions by email for 14 days after delivery and we answer them in writing.
• Extra rounds can be quoted separately by email.

An Order is complete when you tell us in writing that you are happy with the latest version, or when you have used all the revision rounds included. If we do not hear from you for 30 days after we send a version, we send a reminder. If there is still no reply 15 days after the reminder, the latest version is treated as final and the Order is complete. If you come back later, any revision rounds you had left can be used within 90 days of completion.

We keep a copy of your delivered documents for 12 months after delivery and resend them free of charge if you lose them during that time. Shared Google documents stay available to you after delivery; please also keep your own copy.

Audits that need account access ask for viewer or read-only permission, given through the platform's own settings. Please remove our access after delivery. If access is not given, or is removed before the audit is finished, we will tell you which screenshots or exports can replace it. The delivery date moves by the time it takes to receive them.
