We sell written marketing work: plans, audits, research and copy. We do not sell results. Nothing on this Site or in a deliverable is a promise or guarantee that you will earn any amount of money, reach any number of customers, leads, sign-ups, sales or followers, or achieve any ranking, conversion rate or return on advertising spend.

Results depend on many things we do not control, including your product, price, market, competition, budget, timing, the platforms you use and how, when and whether the recommendations are carried out.

A deliverable may contain targets, benchmarks, forecasts or budget suggestions. They are planning aids based on the information you give us and general experience, so you can measure progress. They are not predictions of what you will achieve.

The samples on our Samples page are excerpts written for fictional brands to show the format of each deliverable. The brands do not exist. Any figures in them are example targets or audit observations, not results achieved for a client. Examples in our articles use hypothetical businesses for the same reason.

Our blog articles are general information about marketing. They do not take your situation into account and are not advice for your business. Check whether a suggestion fits your situation before acting on it.

Our work is not legal, regulatory, financial, tax, accounting or medical advice. Rules on advertising, consumer protection, email consent, privacy and health or financial claims vary by country and platform. Confirm anything that depends on them with a qualified professional.

Advertising and email platforms change their features, prices, algorithms and policies often. A recommendation that is valid when written may stop working or become non-compliant later. You are responsible for checking the current rules of the platforms you use.
