No. Everything runs by email: you answer a written brief, we send the work and you reply with comments. If something is unclear we ask by email. That is how we keep prices fixed and timelines short.
Most deliverables include revision rounds, listed on each page. You can also cancel within 7 days of paying for a full refund, for any reason, and at any time before we start if you have not sent your brief yet. See the Refund Policy.
No. We deliver strategy and copy in writing, and your team or freelancers put it to work. Audits that need account access only ask for viewer access, and you can remove it as soon as the work is delivered.
By card on Stripe's secure checkout, in US dollars, once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Your bank may add an international transaction fee because we are based in Brazil.
