Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use limestategy.com and order a Limestategy deliverable or bundle.

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of limestategy.com (the "Site") and any deliverable or bundle you order from us (an "Order"). Limestategy is a trade name used by Gabrielle Boniolo Alves, an individual (pessoa física) registered in Brazil under CPF 382.575.768-40, with address at R. Macuco, 113, Jardim, Santo André, SP, 09180-400, Brazil. In these Terms, "Limestategy", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gabrielle Boniolo Alves trading as Limestategy. "You" means the person or business placing the Order.
You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your payment. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Results Disclaimer, Intellectual Property terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. You can save or print this page at any time. Version: 2026-11-06.
2. What we sell
We sell marketing strategy, research, copywriting and audit services, packaged as fixed-price written deliverables. Each deliverable has a published scope: what it includes, what is not included, the format you receive, the revision rounds or follow-up included, and the time to the first draft. The deliverables, bundles and prices are listed on our Deliverables and Bundles pages at the time you order, and the item you select is confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.

Everything we deliver is digital: documents, spreadsheets and, where listed, a recorded video. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped. Calls and meetings are not part of any deliverable. We do not carry out the work described in a deliverable for you, such as running ads, sending emails, posting content or changing your website, tracking or accounts.
Work outside the published scope can be quoted separately by email and is only carried out after you accept the quote and pay for it.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and "you" includes that business. You agree to give us accurate information, including a valid email address where we can reach you.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the total amount charged for the Order. Each Order is paid once, in advance. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms, and the charge appears on your statement as LIMESTATEGY or a similar descriptor.
Because we are based in Brazil, your bank or card issuer may treat the payment as an international transaction and add a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee. Those fees are set by your bank, are not received by us and cannot be refunded by us.
We may decline or cancel an Order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, if a price was displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, if the request falls under our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are unable to deliver it. We will tell you by email if this happens.
5. When the contract starts
The contract between you and us starts when your payment is confirmed. Stripe sends you a receipt by email, and we send you a confirmation and the brief form within 1 business day. The confirmation email includes a link to these Terms. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us at hello@limestategy.com.
6. Brief, drafts, revisions and approval
After payment you complete a written brief. The time to your first draft is counted in business days from the day we receive your complete brief, together with any links, files or access it asks for. We then send the first draft. Where the deliverable includes revision rounds, you send your comments and we revise the work within the number of rounds included. A revision round is one consolidated list of comments sent in a single message.
Revisions refine the work within the original brief. A request that replaces the brief, such as a different product, audience or market, is new work. The full rules, including what happens if we do not hear from you, are in our Delivery Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information in your brief and reply to our questions in reasonable time.
- Only send us materials and data that you are allowed to share with us, and tell us about any restrictions.
- Review the deliverable before you use it. You decide what to publish, send or spend, and you are responsible for checking that your ads, emails, offers, claims, prices and data collection comply with the law that applies to you (for example consumer protection, advertising, anti-spam and privacy laws) and with the rules of the platforms you use.
- Check that names, slogans or taglines you adopt are free to use in your markets. We do not carry out trademark searches.
- Keep your own accounts secure. When a deliverable needs access to an account, invite us with viewer or read-only permission through the platform's own user settings. Never send us passwords.
8. Access to your accounts
Some audits need viewer access to accounts such as Google Analytics, advertising platforms or your email platform. We only look at what the audit needs, we do not make changes, we do not export your customers' personal data, and we ask you to remove our access when the Order is delivered. If an account contains personal data of your customers, we process it on your behalf and only on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to give access, we will tell you which screenshots or exports we need instead.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any Order within 7 days of payment and get a full refund, without giving a reason. Orders that have not started (no brief received) can be cancelled for a full refund at any time up to 12 months after payment. If your first draft is more than 5 business days late through no fault of yours, you can cancel for a full refund. Consumers in Brazil have the 7-day right provided by article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, and consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The complete rules are in our Refund Policy.
10. Ownership of the work
When your Order is paid in full and delivered, we transfer to you the economic rights (copyright) in the final deliverable, so you can use, edit, copy and share it inside and outside your business without time limit, as set out in our Intellectual Property terms. Our templates, frameworks, checklists and general know-how stay with us. If an Order is refunded, no rights are transferred and you must stop using the work.
11. Tools and collaborators
We use professional software and may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, for research, analysis and first drafts. Every deliverable is reviewed, edited and checked by a person before it is sent to you. We do not put your confidential information into tools that use it to train their models. We may work with trusted freelance specialists bound by confidentiality. In every case we remain responsible to you for the work and for your data.
12. Confidentiality
We keep confidential any non-public information you share with us about your business and use it only to carry out your Order. This does not apply to information that is public, that we already had, or that we are required to disclose by law or by a competent authority. We do not publish your deliverables or name you as a client without your written permission.
13. No guarantee of business results
We work with reasonable skill and care and deliver what each deliverable describes. Marketing advice is an opinion based on the information available. We do not promise any particular business result, such as sales, revenue, leads, sign-ups, engagement, search rankings, deliverability or conversion rates, which depend on your product, market, budget, competition, timing and execution, all outside our control. Targets, benchmarks and estimates in a deliverable are planning aids, not promises. See our Results Disclaimer.
14. Not legal, financial or tax advice
Our deliverables are marketing work. They are not legal, regulatory, financial, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice. Where a deliverable touches on such matters, for example consent wording, health or financial claims, or budgets, you should confirm them with a qualified professional before relying on them.
15. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, collecting data from it by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose. The texts, images and code of the Site belong to us or to our licensors, and you may not copy or republish them without permission.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, advertising spend or business opportunity, and our total liability in connection with an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or the rights you have as a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code or the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
17. Third-party services
Deliverables are shared through, and often refer to, platforms we do not control, such as Google Workspace, Stripe, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo or Mailchimp. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies or changes to their features, which may affect how a recommendation can be carried out. Names of these platforms are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only to describe our work. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
18. Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us at hello@limestategy.com first. We answer quickly and most issues are solved without a formal dispute. If a dispute is opened with your bank, we may share relevant order and communication records with Stripe and your bank so it can be resolved. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge.
19. Ending an Order
We may stop working on an Order if you behave abusively towards us, ask us to create something covered by our Acceptable Use Policy, or seriously breach these Terms. If we end an Order without fault on your part, we refund you in full if nothing was delivered, or in proportion to the work not delivered.
20. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, serious illness, natural disasters or platform failures. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible and agree a new date with you or, if you prefer, cancel the affected Order with a refund for the work not delivered.
21. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to Orders placed after the new version is published. The version you accepted at checkout continues to apply to your Order. The date and version at the top of this page show when the Terms were last changed.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your own domicile, as provided by article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. If you order as a business, the courts of Santo André, State of São Paulo, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
Before taking formal action, please contact us at hello@limestategy.com. We reply to complaints within 5 days and try to resolve them by agreement.
24. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean we have waived it. You may not transfer an Order to another person without our agreement. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
