Intellectual Property
Who owns the work Limestategy delivers, what rights are transferred to you and when, and how third-party material is handled.

1. What you receive
When your Order is paid in full and delivered, Gabrielle Boniolo Alves assigns to you the economic rights (direitos patrimoniais) in the final deliverable, as permitted by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei 9.610/1998, articles 49 and 50). The assignment is worldwide, has no time limit and covers every form of use, including reproduction, adaptation, translation, distribution and publication in any medium. You can edit the documents, share them with your team, freelancers and agencies, and use the copy we wrote in your marketing. The price of the Order is the full consideration for this assignment.
Until the Order is paid in full and delivered, the work remains ours and may not be used. If an Order is refunded, no rights are assigned.
2. Moral rights
Under Brazilian law the author's moral rights cannot be transferred. We agree not to object to the changes you make to the deliverable and not to require that our name appears on it. You agree not to attribute to us changes made later by you or others.
3. What we keep
The following are not part of the assignment and remain ours: our templates, frameworks, checklists, document structures and general know-how and methods, which we use for all clients. We will never reuse your confidential information or the specific content written for you in work for anyone else.
4. Third-party material
Some deliverables quote or summarise third-party material, such as public reviews, competitors' public pages or ads, or platform documentation, for analysis. That material belongs to its owners and is included only as reference for your internal use. Material you send us remains yours, and you confirm that you have the right to let us use it in your Order.
5. AI-assisted tools
We may use AI-assisted tools for research, analysis and first drafts. Every deliverable is reviewed, edited and finalised by a person. Copyright protection for text generated mainly by AI varies by country and may be limited, which does not affect your right to use the deliverable.
6. Names and taglines
When a deliverable suggests taglines, headlines or names, we write original text and do not knowingly copy existing marks. We do not carry out trademark searches and cannot guarantee that a name or tagline is free to use or can be registered. Before you adopt one as a brand, check with the trademark office of each country where you operate (for example INPI in Brazil, USPTO in the United States or EUIPO in the European Union) or ask a trademark attorney.
7. Content of this Site
The texts, samples, articles, drawings and code of this Site belong to Gabrielle Boniolo Alves or to our licensors. The website template, photographs and some illustrations are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use but may not copy, republish or sell them without permission.
8. Infringement notices
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your rights, write to hello@limestategy.com with the details of the content, the right concerned and your contact information. We review every notice and remove infringing content promptly.
